We partner with leading national vendors.

Our members operate large-scale construction companies across the country, and they require millions of dollars in vendor, supplier, and distributor support to keep their operations growing and running smoothly every year.

Our Director of Programs and Pricing works closely with all of our preferred CNBA vendors in order to develop relationships with integrity, secure the best national pricing, and ensure that all of our members remain in good standing.

Our History

Originally called the Pavement Network Buyer’s Alliance, the CNBA’s inaugural members built a relationship of integrity, experience, and professional camaraderie over the past 20 years. In January 2020, after a year of research and development, they formed The Buyer’s Alliance, and crafted the business model after several other successful industry-specific buyers groups. This helped to ensure their combined purchasing power created positive, lasting, win-win relationships with top-tier vendors serving the pavement maintenance industry.

It was decided during the 2023 Annual Meeting to change our name to Contractors National Buyer Alliance (CNBA). We decided to make the change because the world is evolving every day and it’s important that we evolve as an organization, too. Changing our name will ensure that our alliance is growing, not only within the paving industry but also in the construction industry. While we will continue to add paving companies to our organization, we also want to approach utility, public works, milling, and commercial contractors. As the Contractors National Buyer Alliance, this will allow us to do so.
