The transportation industry will be a major player in The Moving Forward Act, a $1.5 trillion investment in the infrastructure to a number of United States economic sectors. In addition to the transportation industry, the energy, education, housing, and healthcare industries all will be impacted by this new initive put forward by the U.S. House of Representatives. With $494 billion in surface transportation reauthorization funding, the transportation industry will see the majority of the funding.
